Rojgar Seva Portal — online employment exchange registration and job search
Government of West Bengal — State Labour Department / Employment Directorate
Overview
The Rojgar Seva Portal is an online platform that connects job seekers, employers and government employment services. Unemployed young people and job seekers can create a profile, register with the employment exchange, search for jobs by qualification, skill, location and sector, and get information on job fairs and recruitment drives.
Employers can also register and, after verification, post vacancies, view candidate profiles and shortlist applicants. Candidates can be linked to career counselling and skill development training, and can keep their qualifications, work experience and skills up to date online.
Indian citizens — generally residents of the state, for state employment exchange services — can register. Online registration gives a registration number or employment exchange ID. For help, visit the nearest District Employment Exchange or a Common Service Centre.
